Michigan Craft Beef — Moraine Park Farms, Zeeland MI
Our burgers and select beef dishes are made with Michigan Craft Beef from Moraine Park Farms in Zeeland — just seven miles down the road. Owned by Tom and Tracy Dykstra, Moraine Park Farms raises cattle on pastures across the lower and upper peninsula, finishing them on a natural blend of grains, flax, apples, and cherries that gives their beef its signature tenderness and flavor. No antibiotics. No hormones. Born and grazed in Michigan.
Green Village Farm — Local Microgreens
Our microgreens are sourced from Green Village Farm, a local producer dedicated to growing fresh, nutrient-dense greens right here in the community.
Small in size, big in flavor—these locally grown microgreens bring freshness and depth to every dish, setting Derby plates apart from anything you’ll find at a chain.
